What is food?

Food is any substance ingested into the body, which when digested and otherwise prepared furnishes wholesome nutrition to the tissue cell.  There are necessary elements that are demanded by the innate intelligence of the body and made known consciously by normal hunger, thirst and desire.  Given the demanded materials, the innate intelligence of the body will make any combination desired for metabolism.  Given the wrong materials, the innate intelligence of the body will reject them or if they are unsatisfactory, and not poison, the innate intelligence of the body will make the  best of the circumstances.

Amazing isn’t it?

  1. But if you persist in feeding the body the wrong materials (over many years), does the innate intelligence become overwhelmed? The result of that would be the development of disease? So, the key to health maintenance is to eat right (natural food, not processed), and have regular adjustments by a good chiropractor?

    • Thank you Rod for your comment. The innate intelligence cannot be overwhelmed as it is 100% perfect. It’s the limitation of the matter of the body that would crash under the influence of toxic foods. It then would become poison.

The innate intelligence of the body “demands” necessary elements for personal body needs. A person with a nerve system free from vertebral subluxations will be sensitive to his/her body’s cravings and provide it with the appropriate foods necessary for healthy functions. Common sense is of vital importance as well.

Regular chiropractic check-ups (once/week) along with common sense will insure maximum health for you and your family.
