Did you know? (4)

Vertebral subluxations interfere with the transmission of mental impulses by causing an insult to the transmitting matter of the human body which is the nerve system because of the pressure exerted by the vertebrae on the brain stem, the spinal cord or the spinal nerves.

The ONLY objective of the straight chiropractor is to locate, analyze and correct vertebral subluxations by adjusting the spine, period.

Are the transmissions blocked? (2)

The spinal column is the bone structure that protects the spinal cord.  Between each segment, nerves branch from the spinal cord to send mental impulses to all the tissues and organs in the body.

If one or more of these segments are displaced, pressure is placed on a nerve and therefore this is interference with the transmission of mental impulses within the body.  The transmissions are road blocked.

This means that the innate intelligence of the body is limited by these road blocks and the mental impulses are NOT received by either the tissue cells or the brain cells.

Are the transmissions blocked?

In the last few posts, we have talked about transmissions, WHAT it means, WHAT it does and HOW it affects our bodies.

The brain is the computer used by the innate intelligence of the body to send and receive informations.  By way of efferent nerves the brain gives life to the body.  By way of afferent nerves, the brain maintains communication to those cells to which it has given life, monitoring them, so to speak.

So, ALL is well, right?  May be.  May be not.

What? Efferent?

I realized that last week’s blog was NOT received.  I apologize.  Here it is:

Efferent means “from brain cell to tissue cell”, therefore we expect that efferent transmission is the passing on of chemoelectrical impulses from the brain cell to the tissue cells of the body.

As the center of the innate intelligence, the innate brain creates a mental image, transforms it to energy, and distributes it via the nervous system to specific tissue cells.  The innate intelligence invests these impulses with intelligent directions.

This gives us expression, function and coordinated movement as a result of efferent transmission.
